Eating a well balanced, plant-based diet is one of the most powerful things you can do for your personal health.
The foundation of this eating pattern is built from whole grains, fruits, vegetables, beans/legumes, nuts/seeds, as well as herbs and spices.

Nutritarian is the word to describe a person who takes an interest in the nutritional quality of their diet. Quite simply, a Nutritarian is a person who strives to eat a diet containing highly nutritious foods.

In a nutshell, a Nutritarian:

Eats lots of high-nutrient, natural plant foods: vegetables, fruits, beans, nuts and seeds.
Eats fewer animal products and chooses healthier options in this food group.
Eats much less or almost no foods that are completely empty of nutrients or toxic for the body such as sugar, white flour and processed foods.

Research shows that people who eat plant-based diets have lower weight, reduced risk of chronic diseases, better nutrient intake, reduced risk of food-borne illnesses, lower exposure to dietary contaminants, and very often, better management of chronic health conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes.

Consultations include personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations to empower you to set reachable goals. Personalized Tips & Strategies

8 WEEK REBOOT:
$350

Reboot your health and increase your vitality! This 8 week program will help you gain control over your eating, cravings and health - and is customized to meet your specific needs/goals. The plan includes an initial one hour consultation where your eating habits and body composition will be assessed and your needs addressed. We will meet once a week for approximately 30 minutes for weigh-in, food journal review and goal evaluation. This program includes unlimited phone and email contact.

MAINTENANCE PROGRAM:
              3 Months - $390
              6 Months - $600

More than 95% of people who lose weight gain it back (plus more) within the first year of weight loss. This program provides accountability. Personal goals will be set and we meet every 2 weeks to make sure you stay on track, any questions will be answered and you will continue to stay in control of your weight loss. If you start to struggle and get off track, we will be right by your side to get you right back on.
